What is your return policy?

Because we offer only the highest-quality goods, we are confident that you will be very satisfied with the items you purchase from the Company Store. However, we do understand that sometimes you may want or need to return something that you have bought. Our goal is to make returns simple and hassle-free. Our return policy is outlined below:

Returns and Damaged Items

All damages, shortages or errors must be reported within ten (10) business days of receipt of package. Please have invoice ready when you call.


       If you wish to make an exchange or return an item, you must do so within 30 days for a credit via original payment method or product exchange. The items must be in new condition, free of damage, and in original packing materials.

       Please call Customer Care at 877-322-1601 to obtain an "RMA" Number (Return Materials Authorization Number).

       Fill out the RMA FORM, pack up your items and the RMA FORM, and send your item(s) back to us within 10 business days of receipt of your item(s). Please note that returns without an "RMA" number will not be accepted.

       It is strongly recommended that you insure the package and retain your receipt of shipment.

Damaged Goods:

  • Please call Customer Care within 10 days of receipt of your package at 877-322-1601 (between 9:00 – 5:00 PM EST, M-F).
  • Provide a description of the damage and we will process your request for a replacement item right away given the damage was not a result of shipping damage. If there is in-transit damage, we ask that you notify us immediately and we can begin the claim process with the freight carrier.
